Nice Tram
History – première génération tramways – Some cities without a second generation tram
The succes of the modern tram in France is not only the will to re vitalize the cities with good and affordable public transport but also the possibility of financing such projects on a local level.

Algeria, Place d Armes. Algeria was up to 1961 a Frence colony. Ofcourse the Frence exported a tram system to this Magreb city. Now a second generation tramway is build here today! Perhaps I can open a chapter Algeria in the near future as between 5 to 12 new tram cities might appear in this country. -
