Op 23 augustus 1986 rijden langs Kehtel nu opgegaan in Schiedam, drie gekoppelde 2-wagenstellen Benelux te samen onderweg van Brussel naar Amsterdam, de Beneluxdienst is succesvol geworden en trek- duw eenheden uit bestaand materieel verbouwd versterken deze voorlopers. De foto is genomen vlak voor de Poldervaart en aan de einders komt Schiedam naderbij, de lucht van drogend gras maakt het zomerbeeld voor de fotograaf compleet. -

12176 3 x NS NMBS Benelux mat 54 type 2 car emu’s at Roosendaal on 13 October 1979. These emu’s formed the first generation electrics on the Amsterdam – Brussel service. -
19103 17 March 1984 NS NMBS Benelux push-pull set IC164 Moerdijkbrug. The steering coach was also restaurant car and 3 second class were ex NS. Belgian Railways brought in the eloc and the 2 first class coaches. The sets added the much needed extra capacity on this year by year growing rail service. -
